Jackie Hahn, RN

With over 16 years of dedicated experience, Jackie is a Registered Nurse deeply committed to compassionate and patient-centered care. Her work in a variety of clinical settings, including Alberta Children’s Hospital, has helped her develop a thoughtful and empathetic approach to patient care. Whether managing complex cases or coordinating treatment plans, Jackie’s focus has always been on providing the best possible support for each individual.

Jackie has found a particular passion in helping individuals with eating disorders, having worked closely with a specialized team at Alberta Children’s Hospital. Her approach to care centers on understanding the unique needs of each patient and collaborating with colleagues to improve health outcomes.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Athabasca University at Mount Royal College and has pursued additional specialized certifications to continually expand her expertise. With each new opportunity, she seeks to grow both professionally and personally, always staying committed to making a positive difference in healthcare.

Jackie provides Medical Monitoring Support for clients within Journey to Health who are recovering from eating disorders, on an as needed basis. She provides medical assessments, ongoing medical monitoring, and collaborates closely with the Journey to Health team, as well as involved external medical professionals to ensure eating disorder informed medical support is provided.
