Lauren Rossong RD, BSc
Lauren is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia, bringing over 10 years of clinical experience specializing in the treatment and recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating. Lauren completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics and her internship at the University of Manitoba. Her clinical expertise spans diverse areas and treatment levels, with a particular focus on binge eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, and other disordered eating patterns in children, adolescents and adults.
Lauren’s practice is rooted in a compassionate, client-centered approach that considers both physical and emotional well-being. She believes in a holistic, inclusive model of care, focusing on:

- Structured eating (regular meals and snacks) to support recovery
- Developing a positive relationship with food
- Exploring the impact of thoughts and emotions on eating
- Debunking nutrition myths and misconceptions
