“As an eating disorder psychotherapist I have worked with a lot of inpatient and outpatient dietitians over the years and Elizabeth is among the best! She is knowledgeable, patient, non- judgemental and a great team player. Most importantly, she knows the “tricks” eating disorders play on the people who struggle and she is fantastic at calling out the myths, lies and manipulations that keep people stuck. Not just focused on food and weight, she sees the whole person and knows how issues like anxiety, OCD and others can complicate recovery. I highly recommend Elizabeth to my clients and colleagues!”

“I have worked with Elizabeth as part of a team managing a very pleasant patient suffering from a complicated eating disorder. She was an asset to the team, bringing dietary expertise from experience and specialized knowledge in the complex world of disordered eating. Without her assistance, we wouldn’t have been able to manage our patient in a way that was sustainable.”
