Elisabeth Hill, RCC, MACP

Elisabeth Hill (she/her/hers) hold’s a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the B.C Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Elisabeth has experience working with a variety of clients including youth and adults with disordered eating, self-esteem, and body image concerns. She has experience working with clients impacted directly or indirectly by substance use and aims to reduce the stigma around substance use and those accessing support. She has worked with a variety of youth and young adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, low mood and stress management. 
 
Elisabeth aims to create a safe and non-judgemental space for self-exploration while applying a strength-based and weight inclusive approach. Elisabeth will work collaboratively with you applying person-centred approach while drawing upon a variety of modalities including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to tailor it to your needs.
