This 6 week virtual workshop series will assist participants in challenging and exploring their own approaches to health as well as their own internal biases. This workshop will provide practical and applied learning exercises to help participants re-examine their own relationship with their body, food, and health.
The workshop will involve a weekly 45 minutes of live education followed by 15 minutes for Q&A and support. It will be guided by an anti-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. You will have the opportunity to follow along in your learning and complete valuable exercises through provided worksheets.
This workshop will not discuss how to lose weight, doesn’t focus on weight loss goals, and doesn’t provide meal plans. Our goal is to move away from focusing on weight, and move towards overall health and well-being.
Two time options are available:
Tuesdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm PST
Tuesdays from 7:00pm - 8:00pm PST
